| | HIP's | The Government’s Housing Act 2004 will require all homes that are marketed from June 1st this year to have a Home Information Pack (HIP). This will mean that anyone wishing to sell their home from this date will need to pay around £350 in order to put their property up for sale.
Luckily, all property placed onto the market prior to May 31st will not need one of these packs, subject to them selling before the end of the year.
So, if you are thinking of moving during 2007, and want to continue benefiting from our ‘no sale, no fee’ service, you need to act now.
